This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a wonderful spa. During my first stay, the staff helped me with some technical issues, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend enjoying the fresh breakfast options. I’m coming back for a holiday!

I was impressed by the stunning panoramic views from my room on the 15th floor and the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every morning, I enjoyed a diverse breakfast spread that catered to all tastes, and the rooftop bar offered a lovely atmosphere to unwind in the evenings.

The location is convenient for visiting the

Exhibition center, which was a major plus for my trip. The room was quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing at the spa. the restaurant options were limited during my stay due to some closures, which was a bit disappointing.

the experience was almost ruined when the restaurant was closed two days during a major event, leaving me without options. additionally, the toilet seat could have been cleaner—what do they think we are, animals? i suppose a complimentary upgrade would have been too much to ask for. absoluteley disappointing!

friendly staff, decent stay

Had a decent stay for 2 nights. Staff were super friendly and helpful, made everything easy. The room was nice but a little older, and the air conditioning wasn't the best, so it got a bit warm. Enjoyed breakfast in the bar/lounge area, it was pretty good overall!

i had a great time staying at kaya istanbul fair & convention. the staff was outstanding, especially the front desk gentleman who kindly offered a late check-out. the breakfast spread was good, and i loved the relaxing massage at the Palaestra Health Club.

Just a solid selection for a relaxing holiday in Istanbul with great value. The panoramic views from the 15th floor were stunning, especially during sunset. Make sure to explore the late bar on the top floor for some great atmospheres.
